Provider promised to deliver in less than a day, then just kept on delaying things. At some point he stopped answering emails. Two days ago he mentioned he had almost completed it but then vanished, obviously lying because he never sent progress files. I told him that this project is of urgent nature but he still never cared and wasted my time. If you don't want to waste your time just keep away from this provider.
