Samples of actual business forms I have created. Some were delivered as editable PDF forms that the client fills and prints, others were delivered as multi-copy carbonless paper forms.
About Me
I offer four distinctly different services: processing of raw data; eCommerce product listing; image processing/management; and business form development. 1) DATA PROCESSING: Years of experience processing various types of data (inventory/ERP data, customer or vendor contact lists, etc), extracted from various sources (Excel, CSV, database tables, QuickBooks, Access, simple SQL queries, etc). I take your data set and process per your business needs (transform, convert, merge/combine, clean, reformat, de-duplicate, cross-reference, etc). Systems whose data I’ve worked with include: BigCommerce, Amazon, Sears Marketplace, proprietary Ecommerce systems, as well as various ERP/manufacturing/inventory systems. Projects I’ve delivered include mass update of pricing, descriptions, or other text/data for inventory systems; analysis/report on inventory cost/price/etc; convert ERP/eCommerce system data to migrate to another system; merge & cleanup disjointed contact lists; cross-reference and data substitution/conversion among different data sets; data extraction from mixed format data. 2) ECOMMERCE PRODUCT LISTING: Years of experience managing content of eCommerce websites: analyze new product (weight, measurements, composition, etc), assign SKU, create title, compose description, and list on website as new product; develop and manage multi-level product categories. I’ve worked with BigCommerce, Sears Marketplace, Etsy, and other proprietary eCommerce platforms. Beginner’s experience with Amazon. Experience with fine jewelry. 3) IMAGE PROCESSING/MANAGEMENT: Along with #2 above, years of experience managing product images: cropping, re-sizing, simple image manipulation, and compositing of different products or different views together using Photoshop. My mindset: pragmatic and organized file management! 4) BUSINESS FORM DEVELOPMENT: I have created/improved/edited business forms, from existing paper copies or customer sketches. Forms that are to be used as free-standing Excel files with calculations, or printed and filled by hand, or professionally printed as multi-copy carbonless forms, or forms developed as PDF files with editable fields.
