Because she chooses to learn from hands-on experience and having been exposed to construction from childhood, has been able to learn not only the construction and real estate industry from the individual trades to the general management and planning, but gain an extensive amount of general business knowledge on good practices, start-up success, proper planning and effective marketing techniques. Her thorough and detail-oriented nature helps her to excel in most anything she does. She is driven by the strong desire to succeed not only in business, but most importantly in the goal of being able to maintain strong business ethics and morals while providing efficient, intelligent and dedicated service. LaCosta handles the majority of the projects for LLS personally, but also has a dedicated team to back her up as needed.
