More than 16 years of experience in the construction industry (Pre-contract / Post contract) as an Engineer (including Designing), Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator involved in many major Civil & MEP contracts, road construction and maintenance projects within excellent grade national contractor’s organizations, and overseas (Gulf & UK) consultancy firms. Employed in supervisory capacity on various contracts, which involved liaison with client, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and reviewing of contract documents pertaining to construction activities, coordinating with project managers and site engineering staff to verify compliance with company/ subcontractor requirements. Additionally, involved in the following disciplines in the construction industry.  Review tender drawing with tender document and construction drawings  Preparing monthly cash flow/cost monitoring system in construction  Measuring work in progress / Material schedules  Preparation of Bill of Quantity (Tenders, Lump sum works, Variations)  Evaluation of various cost assessments  Conducting negotiations with Contractors  Sub contractors payments / Claims / Settlement of final accounts  Preparing application for payment / Day works / Cost value analysis  Conversant with POMI, CESMM, SMM7, Master Format (CSI) & FIDIC I am familiar with MS Office application software packages and skilled to work with modern software packages in Windows environment, and efficient hard worker with fast drafting techniques and ability to meet deadlines.
