Urban Lounge is a conceptual project located in Middlehaven, Middlesbrough. Influenced by Will Alsop's Middlehaven masterplan it provides a representation of the future in the area with the inclusion and development of a project which initially connects people within their environment. An exterior space is the same as an interior space without four walls; this was the basis of the project. Through the use of existing buildings within Middlehaven, outdoor living spaces have been created, the city lounges aim to make life more comfortable.
