I started as a high school computer and drafting teacher, but decided to shift to teaching grade school students in 2011. Aside from teaching Science, I can also teach Computer and Arts to pupils.

Working as a customer service representative, I was able to do the following:  Patiently assisted subscribers of a local telecommunications company  Creatively helped subscribers resolve issues while inputting their call information into the computer  Efficiently handled large volume of inquiries and provided superb customer service
