Role: Supporting Lead Designer Contract Value: £10m Design and Build, 120,000 sq. ft. Responsibility: Part of the strategic planning team, creating a design manual to refine the brief. Initial design concept proposals including 3D visuals from Sketch Up, Complete Drawing package, furniture, and finishes specification. Utilising up to date technologies such as an I-beam and live walk through 3D models during client and contractor meetings.
