Over the past 25 years I built a career that started mainly with social development research and impact assessments and evolved to predominantly management of resettlement data. The combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches involved over this time is also reflected in my original undergrad studies, which included simulateous completion of a BA Humanities and BSc Mathematical Sciences in 1999 (followed by a MPhil in Anthropology with a thesis focused on web-based community currencies completed in 2010). I recently completed a >10 year stint on the Mozambique LNG project, of which the past 5 years since Covid lockdowns were 100% remote/ home-based. I'm particularly keen to find other opportunities that will allow such a home-based routine to continue.
