Project HALO is a non-profit, no-kill animal rescue based in Charlotte, NC. Project HALO rescues homeless, stray, unwanted and abused dogs and cats and provides a safe and loving environment while looking for permanent loving home to adopt them. These posters are crested to get awareness and draw attention towards the non-profit in order to encourage more people to adopt their pets from Project HALO.\n\n
