I have an year experience in research monitoring and evaluation planning, managing and executing a number of research projects including but not limited to baseline surveys, client exit interviews endline surveys, documentation of best practices through case studies etc. in the health sector as well as monitoring and keeping track of various donor funded projects. I have knowledge and experience in operations in a Non government health organization having served as an Operation Assistant in the programmes department for three years. I have also served as Social Franchise Program Assistant and Voucher Programme Assistant plus as an intern in the marketing and commercial business department. I too have technical experience in non-health related organizations where I have served in the marketing department in various capacities such as call center agent,brand ambassador and sales executive.I have also been a virtual assistant for three months. In addition to my professional skills, I have excellent and strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Swahili as well as good information, technology and communication skills.
