I, Ma. Belen Gonzales-Bermachea, a 41 year old mother and a resident of the province of Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communications. I would like to apply for the position as Data Entry/Researcher. I was formerly connected with a few Call Center Industries here in the Philippines, namely: Convergys Manila as Technical Support; With Sykes Asia as Customer Service Representative cum Order Taker; ICT MANILA as Customer Service Representative cum Information Consultant. My career path has brought me to the customer service pattern since my college days as a working student and I joined Pocketbell Philippines then to support my studies. That path has taught me different things especially with regard to patience and flexibility. I know that the basic requirements needed in any job should be: patience, hard work and passion aside from the long years of experience as well. I know I am competent enough for the position I am applying for and I know that I could help contribute and learn at the same time new things. I also had the chance to be a part of Beeper 150 then for 3years, Meralco Customer Service Department and HSBC Local Collections Department. Through the years, I have also been given the chance to be trained for Customer Service Orientation and these trainings has helped me apply techniques in Customer Handling, Personality Development and English Proficiency that I took at the University of the Philippines in 2001.
