Real Estate Brochure for an Exclusive Apartment Building
Esperanza in Pune is a limited edition apartment building, located in a extremely coveted area, and comprising just 9 large apartments. The brochure was a conservation starter for handpicked, 'warm', prospects. The target audience comprised wealthy individuals looking for exclusivity with the convenience of an apartment complex. The apartments came with large en-suites, discreet domestic staff entry & exits, 4 bedrooms and a rooftop sky garden, pool and gymnasium.
