Real Estate "feeler' brochure
Esperanza in Pune is a limited edition apartment building, located in a extremely coveted area, and comprising just 9 large apartments. The idea for this brochure was to reach out to certain hand-picked individuals who could afford such living and make them interested for a private discussion by the Sales team. So the document had minimal information, just 9 plates contained in a beautiful box, decorated with architectural art and an evocative line. This was followed by a full scale information brochure, which you will find in my body of work as well.
