Louisiana Counseling Association organizes annual conference for counselors at different level (Student, internee, Professional, retired). Counselors need to register for conference on the website. This project is Annual registration conference registration form in Joomla website. The form includes personal information, selection of number of different conference packages for new or existing members, meal packages and payment options. Authorize.net is used as payment option. LCA is using the same registration form for their 2012 Annual conference. This form is only visible during the registration time (Sep/Oct) every year. The registration page is disabled for rest of the year. Registration page can be accessed by Conference -> (Current Year) Conference -> Conference Registration link.
