Residential rendering
This is one of the views of a home modeled in Studio 3D Viz 4. A movie was also generated from the model. Each furniture piece, including carpet and sheers on the windows was created in viz. The lighting shown here is ceiling down lights, lamp in the corner and light from the fireplace. The brick pattern on the fireplace was first created in CAD, colored in photo shop and then incorporated into Studio Viz. The Carpet pattern was a scanned in copy of the actual sample. The sofa sectional was created piece by piece in viz. The wood floor is a scanned in copy of the actual sample of wood, incorporated into viz. I used this existing home to apply studio viz, chapter by chapter, into the program. It took me several days to model and render the entire home. Not shown here are views of an all season room, bath concept and remodeled kitchen.

I am an Interior Designer with 17 years of Architectural CADD design experience with commercial and residential building and site design. I use AutoCAD 2009, Revit, 3D Studio Viz, Photoshop, Pinnacle Studio movie maker, microsoft office programs (excel, word, powerpoint and publisher). For manufacturing jobs I create knitwear on knitting machines using Brother KH260, Knitking 940 and Passap e6000, and sewing machines. My architectural design, drafting and construction administration experience includes construction documentation for airports, pharmaceutical companies, government correctional facilities, high end residential, multifamily housing and restaurants. My civil site design experience includes McDonald's corporation, Kroger stores. I am a creative, problem solver. Will produce complete and accurate drawings and deliver on time.
