I also work with her on a newsletter she produces in the capacity of graphic placement along with text in relation to the graphics. 2004 - 2005 Alltel Customer Service Representative Trained in an eight-week class to learn proven sales/service techniques to retain customers by helping them get the most service for their money. Answered inbound calls in support of customer needs and used step-by-step instructions to resolve application(s) issues. For the more difficult issues, I performed queries in multiple databases for answers. Used the ‘breadcrumb’ technique to up-sell products.
