It is a desktop application and it is used by call centre in Karachi, Pakistan to notify the real estate agents in New Jersey, USA - who are mostly not in the office, about their appointments with the clients. So they are always updated about their schedule and never miss any appointment. TECHNOLOGIES USED: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Excel 2007, SMS Gateway API Language: C# FEATURES: o Send messages to agents and a group of agents. o All records stored in Excel Sheet. o Address Book containing all the details of each agent. o Inbox having the list of messages according to the date o Outbox having failed messages.
