My job and work experience for the past 20 years are the following: bank accredited real estate appraiser, bank operations and marketing, site engineer, Technical manager for an architectural and engineering outsource company based in the Philippines providing building designs for branded hotels and commercial buildings for over 100 projects completed in 8 of the US states. Was assigned in China to do product sourcing for hospitality equipments and materials.
