AUTOMATION OF ISSB
ISSB (Inter Services Selection Board)Offers recruitment procedure for the entire three major defense core of Bangladesh including Army, Navy, and Air-Force. Basically, the system was fully manual from the very beginning of candidate’s registration to their result publication, report generations, candidate’s IQ test and so on. So, it took more than 1 week to find a candidate with some of his key data. So, it became essential to make the whole system digitalized. MCC was responsible for the development of the digital service of ISSB. ISSB automation and management system assures entire exam control and assessment system with all sorts of unique panels and customized roles to secure a fair and automated selection. It has 12 different assessment modules with own unique methodology. ISSB assessment system is been deployed partially online for candidate’s registration and other staffs, whereas the main portion is been deployed on an offline server to assure a high level of security.
