In 2010 the average cost for a Company defending an Employment case at Tribunal was £9 000 .Tribunalclaims in the UK last year rose by 29% for unfair dismissals, 31% for breach of contract and 48% for redundanct pay issues. Cases as a result of incorrect procedures by HR in TUPE CASES ROSE BY 22%.Her service also frees up Senior Management to get on with the task of running the business knowing they are legally compliant with regard to HR and have a happy satisfied workforce who have a point of contact with the HR if any problems arise.
