Scrape emails from website & enter into excel file

We require someone to log into a website that we are members of, download contact sheets for specific cities/zip codes and copy and paste associated emails to each record within that search. Emails are not in the download file, so the manual part of the job is to click on each record and attach the email into the excel file record.
