I started my activities in Information Technology 29 years ago and I worked both as a professional in infrastructure, such as the development and implementation of systems in several platforms and also in Project Management, notably by implementing interface modules with SAP R/3. I could also serve as Director of Projects & Operations and Director of PMO. As Director of PMO, I led the creation of this department in the company where I worked (Average Tecnologia) and had the opportunity to work in organizational restructuring, defining the methodology, training of those involved, setting indicators and targets and selection of tool to support the management of the PMO (PsOffice from McFox). During this period I was responsible for managing the entire team, comprised of 7 Project Managers, 45 consultants and 5 PMO Analysts. Trabalho há 29 anos na área de TI, tenho iniciado como , CICS, Assembler, VSAM, DL-I. Posteriormente fui promovido para Analista de Sistemas. Trabalhei em ambientes Mainframe na Avon Cosméticos e no Banespa (atual Santander). Também possuo experiência em programação em outras linguagens, como: ABAP, VB, ADV-PL. Iniciei na função de Gerente de Projetos em 1.999, envolvendo-me com projetos SAP e, entre 2004 e 2007 fui Diretor de PMO. Entre 2011 e 2012 exerci a função de Arquiteto de Soluções, onde efetuei desenhos de soluções nas mais diversas plataformas.
