I started working for my mother-in-law's printing press when I was 21. I started as an assistant for the senior graphic artist, I learned a lot from my mentor back then. 2 years later my mentor resigned and I took his place. I have learned all pre-press procedures through experience. I was a graphic artist till i was 29. At age 29 I shifted to customer service and I'm doing it still. I have been trained for call handling and customer service under several big companies which made me what I am right now.
