Looking after the personal files, attendances and leaves, assisting in various administrative and HR jobs, printing, publications, giving assistance to meetings, processing recruitment matters, promotion, preparing comparative statements of the employees, giving file notes, drafting various types of office letters, orders, memos, issuing tender notices, preparing comparative statements on the quotations received, assisting the Tender Committee, issuing work orders and processing various bills for payments.
