Main Responsibilities:  Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.  Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery.  To ensure that the projects are delivered within the financial requirements of the Business Unit.  To estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built in contingencies.  To ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards.  Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to projects.  To conduct project presentations and compile reports.

Main Responsibilities:  Deliver OTM project from start to finish per customer promise  Model business processes (“As Is” analysis and “To Be” solution design) Process mapping and gap analysis  Provide solutions and implement new changes to an existing implementation  Configure OTM product and write complex Agents/workflows to support the business needs.  System configuration, testing, migration, and support of all modules  Project documentation  Tailor methodologies and macro issues to client’s needs  Knowledge transfer and training  Pre sales support activities such as OTM demos to support sales cycles
