A case study of the motivation strategies used in Safaricom
Safaricom Kenya Ltd is a company which offers various telecommunication services such as; mobile phone communication services, internet services, and mobile banking. The firm is owned by the Vodacom group in partnership with the Government of Kenya, and it is the largest mobile services provider in terms of customer base among the players in the Kenyan market. It has emerged as a model of how institutions should be run not only in the continent but worldwide. Its leadership structure and motivation for employees have helped achieve the feat as one of the respected corporation in Africa.
To become a world class IT solutions provider. I seek to provide unmatched services to smaller and medium enterprises across the world. In process l will be able to put into practice my skills, knowledge and my personality. With my broad experience in computerized accounting software's (Quick Books, Quicken, Xero, Sage Pastel) l wish to simplify the so labeled "complicated" field of accounting. To learn from my employer and coworkers new skills, more so share challenges and help each other come up with solutions. To work with transparency and high degree of integrity.
