Quality Dashboard
Please find attachment of dashboard prepared to check the project quality at PM/PL/Engineer level. Pivot table, slicers are used for visual filters and different tabs used with hyperlinks inorder to go for the particular level.boar In general Delivery head look at PM level data, PM should have the visibility of data at Project lead level and Project lead should have the visibility at Engineer level. Due to big in file size, i have attached one JPEG file for the visual dashboard which was prepared. this dashboard is all about checking of data from Higher management to micro level management.
