The client came up with an idea to create a 100 room hotel in Mountain region. The key idea was, to offer the guests all the quality possible, including full service which gave us a great challenge to fit all the necessities into quite small area. What I did is: -created best possible layout of whole hotel, with extraordinary placement of zones and room's layout (Bathroom is split up on three, which gives separated wc , sink zone and shower. Thanks to sliding facade windows, client can slide the door of shower and go out to hot bathtub and back) - Furniture layout (include drawing for custom made furniture) - Electricity and Plumbing plan - Ceiling and floor layout - 3d visualisation - Furniture, textiles, furnishing book with amounts needed.
