Presentation for Laboratory Seminar Course
Powerpoint presentation of Identification of pLITMUS28 plasmid strains after transformation in Escherichia coli DH5α competent cells elaborated as an evaluation segment of the Seminar course in the Cellular and Molecular Biology Undergraduate Program. Along with a poster and mini-article, the project consisted on the application of a month-long laboratory experience carried out in the university during the mid-semester break. The original presentation included an audio aid throughout and it is in Portuguese, as requested by the tutors.
About Me
My current passions in life are the pursuit of a career in biological fields, with a great interest for genetics and biotechnology, as well as improving my personal skills through working with different agents from a variety of countries and backgrounds. Both passions have led me to envision a future in a preferably laboratorial environment that requires team spirit and collaboration, with a constant proactive approach in finding solutions for projects and concerns that are currently affecting our world. As a future scientist, my goal is to expand the current knowledge and implementation of biological investigation in Mozambique, due to its increased potential and development in the scientific community.
