Client : QBE Environment : Windows 7 Tools Used : Business Availability Centre BPM (BAC-HP Tool), SiteScope(10.5) - (HP Tool) Role and Responsibility: o Responsible for management of 470 Servers and URL's link. o Continuously monitor mailbox for BAC (for URL and Application alerts) and SiteScope (Server alerts) o For BAC alerts, if fails for consecutive 2 locations, call the on-call consultant and inform them o For Ping alerts in SiteScope, check the availability of server. If it is pinging then everything is fine and if not pinging then call the on call consultant and inform about the same. o Addition of servers, disable servers and configuration of servers. o Create Group, Set Group Dependencies, Rename Group, and Disable or Enable a Group, Delete a Group in SiteScope. o Moving Monitors and Groups, Duplicating Monitors and Groups, Deleting Monitors and Groups, Disabling Monitors and Groups, Enabling Monitors and Groups, Refreshing Monito
