I bring over 9 years experience to the field as a Senior Art Director/Designer. Most recently, I've been working the past 6 years in the advertising industry for various agencies, and global clients.  My previous 3 years were spent in-house working for the root company, ResCare Premier and the 8 other branches within.  In addition to the 9 years, I've continually run my own freelance company for clients via the alias of neutheory where I can contract, manage and direct a staff as needed on a per-project basis.
