1. Installation and configuration operating systems like Windows XP & 7, Linux and Windows server 2008 2. Installation & troubleshooting IBM, Dell, HP Desktops & Laptops 3. Resolving all technical issues in Laptop & Desktop 4. Installation and configuration of Network Printers and standalone printer 5. Attending application & software related calls over Microsoft Lync, Remote Desktop and Team viewer 6. Installing Symantec Antivirus and troubleshooting if any Virus issue 7. Configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks 8. Installing & troubleshooting applications in Servers 9. Maintaining Asset, Application, Access control Masters 10. User account creation/deletion/modification & Unlocking the user accounts 11. Creating & Managing groups 12. Installation of SQL Server and Oracle 11g Data base 13. Creation & maintenance of database in SQL & Oracle 14. Backup and recovery in SQL & Oracle databases 15. Troubleshooting database related issues
