In my present job, my primary function is to manage our Help Desk services team and ensure that we meet our KPI. My effectiveness on the job is gauged by the efficiency of our support team in solving problems through my technical advice or problem isolation. Extending from my daily responsibilities, I have taken it upon myself to apply my scholastic skills to further improve the tools that my team members utilize. Concurrent to my full-time employment, I have attended Trinity University of Asia with a completion in the degree of Computer Science. During this period I have been able to gain technical knowledge and applied it in numerous school projects. The scopes of my projects are team oriented have stressed importance in design principles and have encompassed client/server and database applications. I am a hard worker and a self-motivated quick learner that will pursue every feasible option until a problem is solved. I am confident that you will be pleased with the enthusiasm and mental alertness that I will demonstrate if offered this position. My previous employers can attest that I have surpassed expectations on my responsibilities have ventured out of my roles to innovate solutions to improve our services.
