Process eliminated manual entry of anywhere from 50 to 1000 contacts for each new agent. • Researched and installed SecurTrac; a vender application which provided an auditing process for Lotus Notes applications. Collaborated with vender to discuss process for eliminating manual data entry required by application. Created a separate application to automate data entry process saving not only hours of initial setup time, but also any future data entry required for ongoing maintenance. • Created application allowing newly acquired employees to continue to use Outlook email accounts from prior employer during transition to new company. This was accomplished by effectively creating “spoof” email typically used in spam email and phishing for the purpose of hiding the true origin of an email. This was done for legitimate customer service reasons to ease transition for new employees. • Identified software problem in the interface between Lotus Notes and Blackberry. Took initiative to develop an application to address and solve the problem which the vendor was unaware and could not offer a solution. The application eliminated the need to manually correct and sync data saving company employees over 500 hours of time.
