Design a CRM and implement to current website

This project was for Thomson Holidays. The spec was to design a CRM that caters all the needs for the client. This included being linked directly to their website and feed live leads directly to the CRM. This was built in PHP and allowed them to arrange campaigns as well as set up full reports on their leads.
