My name is Jonathan Pierce and I am a professional graphic designer. Currently, I work as a private contractor and freelancer for numerous companies in Lynchburg Virginia and across America. If you have looked at any of my recent work, you probably gathered that graphic design is my passion. I LOVE to design and develop new branding for businesses. I began my creative career well back in middle school. Involved in arts programs like music, design and video production, I soon realized creative services is where my strengths lie. After high school, I attended Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia earning a degree in communications. Throughout college, I placed my efforts in design and production doing any project I could get my hands on. In 2009, I married my college best friend and fiance’ in Seattle Washington. After our wedding, I decided to take a risk and pursue my true passions. I began by freelancing to anyone who needed graphics for little to no cost. It was important to me to build a professional portfolio to advance in my career. After a few months of this, I was approached by a local business man interested in starting a creative business. This is where my design career launched. I started working for Kiaat Inc. as a private contractor developing websites and designing print material for businesses in central Virginia. As of today, I am in the process of pursing a full time career at a local design firm. Opportunities are opening and I welcome the busy lifestyle. Until then, I always welcome new design projects from anyone interested.
