Build an inventory replenishment tool which takes into account the future forecast and present inventory level to optimize the current inventory. Identifying the over stocking or stocking out products and segmentation based on sales velocity. Past sales is fed to Time series forecasting model to get present day forecast. Tools used are - 1. SQL, Bigquery for data extraction ; 2. R, Python for training statistical models ; 3. EXCEL, VBA for automation of tasks ; 4. Tableau
