Implementation of Project management process
Client was looking for implementation of Project management process using project server. 1. To tack the task against the activity assigned. 2. Automated workflow process to move the project from one phase to another 3. Each phase should be verified by the respective portfolio/project lead before passing to another. I designed the process using SharePoint designer, once project is created and approved, it will move to another phase and wait for all activities to be completed, once respective stage/phase activity completed it trigger the email and move to another phase once approved
