This is a Scan to BIM Project or Say Point cloud to BIM. The scan was very unclear and with very low density. The deliverables include: 1. LOD 300 Model. 2. Creation of Revit families according to the provided scan. 3. Rendered Images of Exteriors.
About Me
Hi, I am Mairaz Alam Ansari. A BIM Engineer and Researcher, based in India. I've worked on various projects for both startups and established outsourcing companies, focusing mostly on: 1. Design & Development of BIM Models (CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM, and Pdf to BIM) in Revit. 2. Parametric Revit families for Furniture, lightning fixtures, and curtain panels (facade). 3. Creating BIM Models from Provided Point cloud (.rcp & .rcs files) or scans. 4. Conceptual Design and Drafting in AutoCAD. I am a whole shop for your work, I focus on efficiency and productive services. Due to my past experiences, I am having a unique set of skills for working in different conditions in an efficient manner. As an Engineer, it's my responsibility to provide a detailed, accurate, and engineered output for any work. BIM doesn't mean aesthetics but a detailed Model full of information in it.
