I've been immersed myself for over a year with Administrative online tasks (e.g. virtual assistant tasks like social media handling, basic SEO skills like backlinking, and a bit of video production for Youtube). I have worked in the BPO industry as well for over 4 years and had handled mostly internet networking clients like Linksys, TimeWarner cable, etc. My goal is not only to satisfy my client but to provide the best customer/client experience as possible, and to make sure all projects are met on time.
