For building websites my programs of choice are Photoshop CS5 and Fireworks CS5 for creating layouts, then Dreamweaver CS4 to produce clean semantic XHTML or HTML5 and CSS. I code to XHTML strict 1. I also use Flash for animations and sometimes full Flash sites. My CMS of choice is Wordpress.
