Interactive Voice Response using Twilio
Created an IVR using TwiML for dubnutrition. TwiML was not using Twilio API to record the data but instead I made a portable script using PHP to record the data and save into the company's own database using MySQL. The complex part on this system is that their is an algorithm for the calls. The company have their distributors and call center to answer the call. The algorith is as follows, i.e.: There are 5 distributors in the corresponding market. First call with go to the call center. Second call will go to the first distributor. Third call will go again to call center. Fourth call will go to the second distributor. Fifth call will go to call center. Sixth call will go the the third distributor. ...and so on.... In a simple conclusion, it's a rotating call. (see also on the attachment.)
