I took in calls for AT&T DSL as a Technical Support Specialist. We receive calls from customers complaining about their service and seeking for a solution to satisfy their needs when it comes to their internet connection. We deal with customers with enthusiasm and professionalism to identify the main/root cause of their problem and assist them to perform all the necessary steps to come up with the solution. Our troubleshooting steps also require remote access to help customers resolve their intermittent, slow and even security issues. We use TEAMVIEWER or LOG-ME-IN.COM to perform the mentioned task faster and more efficient. On this project we just don't act as a pure technical support but we also have to be good customer service because customers are entitled to conduct a survey for the agents that they spoke with.
