Qwest DSL & Microsoft Network (MSN) Email
I was part of MSN technical support department. We assist customers regarding their email concerns on the web or using an email client or 3rd party software that they can install on their computer to easily access their email. Originally, customers' email are found on the website where they can login. But we give them options where they can access their mails easily. I was working with Qwest at the same time with MSN for one company. Customers can call about both products. Because originally all customers that we have subscribe with Qwest to have an internet connection and their subscription are bundled with a premium account under MSN email. Our job for Qwest entails troubleshooting customers' concern about their internet connectivity and computers. We also assist them if they have multiple computers for networking.
