Rex K Smith founded Global Self Storage(TM) and commenced development of a two phase institutional quality self storage facility containing 925 units in 130,000 square feet, located on Interstate 15 in Norco, California. The project contained a pioneering mix of flex drive through product, high volume commercial units and an innovative two story ramped design. Absorption averaged over 4,500 square feet per month throughout lease-up.
