Determines the best way to visually represent the clients’ brand requirements; leads the creative team in brainstorming for projects, develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the clients; establishes creative direction for the entire line of clients’ services and programs; work with the creative team to generate ideas for pitching and proposals and provides quality control over concepts and projects.

Conceptualizes and creates the overall visual look of the stores of the SM Shoemart Retail Affiliate Surplus; creates planograms for the renovation of the old Surplus Shops. Plots the fixture and merchandise layouts of each store. Fashion Stylist for the mannequin displays in stores; as well as the models that appear in the marketing collaterals. Creates graphics of in-house promotional campaigns of the company, window display, graphics for social media postings, etc. Serves as Digital Marketing Manager/Administrator of Surplus’ social media platforms.
