I'd like to share to you my plans in setting up a small contact center that would support the programs/campaigns/projects or any business initiatives of small and mid-sized clients. The technology/resources we have are capable of B2B sales, Lead Generation, Email/Chat Support, Inbound Customer Sales, Online / eCommerce business support, with sufficient Customer Sales Representatives of at least 2 years experience in B2B telesales. The timescale for completion to set up the facility is 2-3 weeks. Everything is ready to be put together I am just waiting for investors who would like to know more about starting a small offshore contact center business and would hire me to lead the Philippine operations.
