RW Business Management Services, RWBMS, is a consulting and business support provider for small-medium businesses, or SMBs. We develop business, marketing and strategic management plans for SMBs and assist them in developing obtainable benchmarks in growing their businesses. We also provide some paralegal and business services functions, as most SMB owners have neither the time, expertise nor the staff to accomplish many of the administrative, legal and administrative tasks they may need. Each project is evaluated for what qualifications and expertise is needed to produce the best outcome and once this is determined, a team of experts in the areas needed is pulled together - by using contractors - and develops the plans. The owner of RWBMS, Robyn Williams, started the business in 1994 after retiring from the U. S. Army as a Senior Public Affairs Supervisor and award winning newspaper editor and photojournalist. He worked for several small businesses and was a co-founder of the successful small business of Sky Cable, Inc. in the mid-1990s when the mini-dish was in its infancy -- now an innovative multimedia and fiber-optic development company in Virginia. He has consulted with more than 125 small businesses since RWBMS was founded and continues to provide services to SMBs and property management support and paralegal services for several property investors in Southern California.
