With 6years of advertising experience, working on big local and multinational brands, I have a vast range of experience regarding all aspects of advertising. i have been working in the capacity of a team leader during my career as an adman. recently i made the switch from being an adman to a producer and director. already having the experience of working as a producer on over 50 commercials (mostly shot on 35mm) i feel my core competency is video production. my experience in advertising has provided me with the insight and tools I needed I have already completed several jobs successfully. These include: Two documentaries (as director/editor) TWO music video for a local music band and an emerging Pakistani-Bollywood Pop singer (as director/producer) A television commercial (as assistant director/producer). I am working as an assistant director/ producer/editor on three videos with a senior director whose work is being showcased in the festival circuit. These commercial projects aside I am also involved in personal projects of my own that might not bring any monetary gains but satisfy my appetite for story telling and experimentation with different expressions. I am in the process of directing a short film based on a story by a local author.
