o Responsible for handling tasks related to recruitment of Management Trainees, entering relevant information and preparing excel sheets. o Finding suitable candidates for a job by screening online applications o Handling other functions of the HR department such as Training Needs Assessment and HR related files of employees. o Data entry of employees information and updating of files o Keeping a record of candidates who have been called for an interview and updating their status.
